When connected to Google Workspace, BhavBejo may access Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Drive data only as required for quotation creation, email sending, and record management. We do not read or store any user emails beyond what is necessary for these operations.

• To generate and send quotations, invoices, and related business communications.
• To maintain client/company databases.
• To improve user experience and application performance.

3. Data Security

Your data is stored securely within your Google account. BhavBejo does not share or sell user information to third parties.

4. Google OAuth and Permissions

BhavBejo uses Google OAuth 2.0 for secure sign-in. The app requests only the permissions necessary for core functionality (like reading/writing Sheets, sending emails via Gmail). All data access remains within your Google Workspace environment.
